Epic on Magdalen St, Norwich, readings from Nathan Hamilton, Matthew Gregory, Agnes Lehoczky, Sam Riviere, and Margot Douaihy who came all the way from New York. Music from Mat Riviere, The Middle Ones, and Charly Morris & Christa Harris play back to back like it's 1999.


February 4th – March 22nd

SSYK exhibit at the fantastic D.I.Y. exhibition at Norwich Arts Centre.


February 26th

Sam Riviere & Tim Cockburn read some poems for Howlback Hum and then gaze in awe at the flawless pop sensibilities of the Gore Vidals.


March 12th

Special event for London Wordfest. S/S/Y/K reps Jack Underwood, Nathan Hamilton, Agnes Lehoczky, Sam Riviere, Tim Cockburn and Matthew Gregory read in support of Ben Borek and his Donjong Heights.


March 19th

For The Late Shift at The Sainsbury Centre. Sam Riviere, Tim Cockburn, plus music from Mat Riviere and The Middle Ones.


May 3rd

S/S/Y/K fringe event for the Poetry Next-the-Sea festival in Wells. Exuberant readings from Jack Underwood, Agnes Lehoczky, Sam Riviere and Nathan Hamilton.

January 8th

Jack Underwood tells of strange lands and stranger folk at The Troubadour, Earls Court.


February 12th

Nathan Hamilton evokes his melancholy-tinged moodscapes. With Mark Cocker at Cafe Writers, Norwich.


March 14th

S/S/Y/K do a set at The Late Shift, The Sainsbury Centre, Norwich. Rollcall: Sam Riviere, Jack Underwood, Tim Cockburn, Agnes Lehoczky, Nathan Hamilton.


April 25th

S/S/Y/K @ The Birdcage, Norwich. Sam Riviere, Matthew Gregory, Agnes Lehoczky, Tim Cockburn and Nathan Hamilton read. There's some beautiful music too, from The Middle Ones, King and the Olive Fields, and Mat Riviere. Thanks to Lora Stimpson and her Cabaret Night for an all-round lovely evening!


May 14th

A special event for Cafe Writers with the New Writing Partnership in the atmospheric environs of Jurnet's Bar Norwich. Readings from Matthew Gregory, Sam Riviere, Agnes Lehoczky, Tim Cockburn and Jack Underwood. Stuffed bitterns look on from glass cabinets.


June 9th

S/S/Y/K @ [ s p a c e ] studios for Arts Unwrapped. Jack Underwood, Sam Riviere, Mat Gregory and Nathan Hamilton read poems in a giant sandpit. Charlotte Morris sings some beautful songs, Mat Riviere makes some horrible noise.

Festival of Life @ The Forum, Norwich. S/S/Y/K (2) onsale!

April 29th

S/S/Y/K take over at the Wells Poetry Festival. Upstairs at the Golden Fleece there is drinking and low-key hysteria. Rollcall: Hayley Buckland, Robert Herbert, Sam Riviere, Jack Underwood. S/S/Y/K (1) is sold and signed.


May 22nd

Sam Riviere delivers some nasty love poems at London Poetry venue The Troubadour.


July 31st

Messers Gregory, Herbert, Riviere and Underwood read over pub noise at the Ten Bells, St Benedict's St, Norwich. M.G. is shaved onstage.


October 18th

Nathan Hamilton does a reading for the Norwich fringe with George Szirtes, Sara Wingate-Gray et al.
